Our Story
Epic Leadership Center was born from a simple conviction: every child deserves someone who believes in them. Founded through community work in Ventura's Westview and Saticoy neighborhoods, our mission is rooted in the Golden Rule — asking what you want done for you, then doing it first.
What started as informal tutoring sessions in a community classroom has grown into a multi-program nonprofit serving hundreds of youth across six Ventura neighborhoods. Our approach is simple but powerful: meet kids where they are, surround them with supportive adults, and watch them rise.
Today, Epic Leadership Center is led by a dedicated board of directors and a passionate team of staff and volunteers. Together we continue the work of transforming lives — one child, one family, one neighborhood at a time.
